Thank you for your imminent reservation!

• The reservation becomes effective upon payment of the deposit, the balance will be paid on the day of your arrival using one of these different methods: bank card, transfer or cash.
• Arrivals are scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In the event that an early arrival is possible, we will make every effort to achieve this.
  Late check-ins, i.e. after 8:00 p.m., are possible with an increase of €25/hour consumed. In the event that a late departure is possible, we will do everything possible to do so free of charge until midday, in this case please notify us at least the day before. Late check-outs not declared after 10:00 a.m. will be charged €50/hour consumed.
  We remind our kind customers that we provide free luggage storage at reception and that use of the swimming pool and common areas of the establishment is possible even after departure times.
• In order to cover the purchase of additional goods or services during the stay (cleaning, beach towels, etc.), to cover possible damage and excessive dirt, late departure, etc. A deposit of €1000 will be requested upon arrival. by bank card (this amount will not be debited from your account but may await debit, for this reason please provide a sufficient balance in advance).
• The number of people per accommodation must not exceed the following capacity, namely: 1 bedroom = 2 people; 2 bedrooms = 4 people and 3 bedrooms = 6 people. (+ 1 additional baby per accommodation authorized on written request only and with loan of travel cot possible at no cost).
  Any additional person will be automatically refused, otherwise their occupancy will be charged 100 euros per night.
• Animals are not allowed unless prior written agreement between the parties. (Failing this, the pricing conditions of the previous clause will apply).
• Hygiene and kitchen consumables are not included in the service (soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, etc.)
• In the event that the tenant renounces to rent :
  • Within a period of more than 15 days before the date of his planned arrival, he may be reimbursed the deposit paid (deducted 10% total fees.)
  • Within a period of less than 15 days before the date of its planned arrival, the deposit can no longer be recovered, except in the event of the rental of the property by our establishment (deducted 10% deposit fees.)
  • Cancellations due to Covid-19 are subject to the rules set out above.
